Returns

You may be eligible for a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, in salable condition, and has all original tags attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging. We strongly recommend keeping the packaging for the first 30 days after purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used, installed, or damaged items (unless due to shipping damage or defects).
  • Custom or special promotional items (unless defective).
  • Any item returned beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

Replacements

You may qualify for a replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective (photo evidence required).
  • A missing component was found in the package.
  • You received the wrong product (photo of the package label required).

If you receive the wrong product and qualify for a replacement, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs if the product is not defective.
  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
  • Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Return Shipping

  • All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.
  • We recommend using USPS delivery confirmation or any trackable courier service.
  • If your return is lost and was not shipped with a trackable method, we may not be able to issue a full refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@trumgeta.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
  2. Approval & Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please do not return items without prior approval.

Refunds

  • All returned items must be in salable condition to receive a full refund.
  • If an item is used or unsalable, a partial refund may apply, or the return may be denied.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Handling Fee: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from refunds to cover administrative and restocking costs.

  • Example: If your refund amount is $100, a $5 handling fee will be deducted, resulting in a $95 refund.

Partial refunds apply if:

  • The item is returned in a non-original condition (damaged or missing parts).
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
